The purpose of nitrogenization oven is to increase the hardness and abrasion performace of the mold surface. It can also improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance quality. Nitrogen gas decompose Reactive nitrogen atoms while heated, and a layer of nitrogen layer is formed after the nitrogen atoms been absorbed by the mold steel.

After framed up, the aluminum sections are put into the aging oven and stay 3.5 hours with insulated temperature 190℃~195℃ before air cooling to reach the quality required by customers, and the aluminum extruded products capacity will be increased.

Anodization Of Aluminum Extrusions:

The aluminium profile as positive pole, put into electrolyte to energize so as to produce oxygen atom. The oxygen atom have high oxidability and form a layer of AL2O3 on the surface of aluminium profile. Then We adopt electrolytic coloring technology to fill metal ion such as nickel ion, stannous ion into the AL2O3 protection layer to make the oxidation film appear different colors.

Electrophoresis Of Aluminum Extrusions:

After anodizing, the anodized aluminum extrusions put into electrophoresis tank and electrifie to make acrylic resin adhere to the surface of aluminium profile. The aluminum section will stay in another tank for 30 minutes under temperature of 180+20℃ to be dried.

The powder coated aluminum sections will be put under 200℃ for 10 minutes for drying.

 Thermal insulation aluminum sections:

The production of insulated thermal insulation aluminum sections: adopt insertion methodology, first produce aluminum sections with slots, use special generating equipment to draw teeth of 0.5-1.0mm on the slots. then put nylon heat insulation strip PA66-GF to the slots. Finally adopt pressing equipment to press two aluminum sections and produce high quality thermal insulation aluminum sections.
